Order questions: Include your order number. You'll find it in the order confirmation email.
Product questions: We genuinely know our products — if you're trying to figure out whether the magnifier suits a parent who wears bifocals, ask. We've tested these things.
Returns: Reply to your order email or write to us directly. We'll send a return label within one business day.
Wholesale / press / partnerships: Same address, different subject line. Tell us who you are and what you have in mind.
What we don't do
We don't have a phone number. We don't have a chatbot. We don't have a "priority support" upsell. If something's gone wrong with your order, we want to fix it — and a real human reading your email is how we do that.
