About Everwell

Why we built Everwell

Everwell started with a phone call. A friend's mum had a fall, spent three weeks in hospital, and came home determined to never ask for help again. Her kids bought her a grab rail for the shower, a magnifier for the paper she'd stopped reading, and a jar opener because she'd quietly given up on cooking for herself.

She didn't want any of it. It looked like a hospital. It felt like giving up.

That got us thinking. The right tool, with the right design, in the right tone, can be the difference between a person staying in their own home and losing another piece of independence. But almost everything on the market looks like it belongs in a nursing catalogue.

So we built Everwell. Practical products that solve one real problem, sourced directly so we can price them fairly, and designed to look like they belong in a normal home — not a clinical setting.

One product. One problem. No scare copy. No subscriptions. No "chat to upgrade."

What we believe

Dignity first. Nothing on this site looks like a hospital. Nothing reads like a warning label. If a product makes the person using it feel like a patient, we don't sell it.

Honest pricing. No bundles of stuff you don't need. No "compare at" prices that aren't real. The price you see is the price you pay, with free shipping across Australia.

Easy returns. 30 days, no restocking fee, no questions. We'll cover return shipping in Australia.

Real humans. Email us. A person — not a bot, not a script — will reply, usually within a business day.

Where we ship

Australia and New Zealand. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. We don't ship to the US or UK right now — we'd rather serve you well in fewer places than serve you badly in many.

Who runs Everwell

Everwell is a small Australian business, founded by a team that includes people who've been on the buying-for-a-parent side of this equation. We're not huge. We don't have a call centre. We do have a real person answering every email.
